Walking Group

Need someone to walk with? Walk with us every Wednesday at 11am during the school terms.

Hatha Yoga


Yoga classes with Robyn are suitable for all ages and abilities. The classes include asana (physical forms) that both build strength and increase flexibility, pranayama (breathing practices), dhyana (meditation) type practices and relaxation. Participants are encouraged to work within their own range of comfort and to their own requirements. Yoga poses are adapted and altered to meet the needs of those attending.

Beginners are welcome. Wear comfortable clothing that allows free movement.

Chatty Cafe


We’re part of the Chatty Café movement, where community members can sit at our Chatty Table if they are happy to chat with others. Everyone is welcome, and there are normally no bookings needed.

What is Chatty Café?

Chatty Café is a global movement to help bring people together, reducing loneliness and social isolation whilst building connections within the local community.

Who is it for?

Our Chatty Tables are for everyone. People on their own, in a couple, with a friend, carers, people with babies and children, grandparents – people of all ages and walks of life.

Cost: Free to attend and pay what you feel at the SNH Coffee SPOT!

New Beginnings


Giving community the opportunity to come to a safe space to have a cuppa and meet someone new. New Beginnings is about just that, learn something new, find something new, joining together as community to create great conversations.

Chatty Café


Wonthaggi Neighbourhood House has joined the Chatty Café Scheme.
The scheme aims to help people stay connected to their community by choosing to “Have a Chat” to others in safe comfortable settings. Designated “Have a Chat” tables will be available at Mitchell House on the first Tuesday each month from 10:30am. “Have a Chat” tables are for everyone, anyone can join in, all are welcome to enjoy the company of others and a friendly chat over a cuppa.
