She-Lebrate is the house’s social group for adult multicultural women. We get together to play badminton on a Monday (10.30am-12pm) every fortnight at the Morwell Leisure Centre. Unlike high-intensity activities, badminton is low-impact with heaps of health benefits such as increasing good cholesterol, having a good cardiovascular workout, boosting cognitive function, reducing stress and anxiety and is also a good social connection activity.
Don’t worry, we’re all rookies so you’ll have your turn! If this is something that interests you, please reach out to Cher at 0437 700 511 to join the next game.
