This is a class suitable for those of general level fitness, all ages, and mixed levels of experience in Yoga. Classes are based on a combination of Lyengar, Hatha and Ashtanga styles. Breath and movement are combined to create a flowing style (Vinyasa) which will improve flexibility, cardio fitness, and develop mindfulness. Guided meditation and breathing techniques are part of each session. Tracey will provide guidance, adjustments and options to suit all levels within the practice.
